Hi, I’m Artra Rice-Nelson! Beyond the professional, I’m a proud mom who values balance, family, and creating meaningful everyday moments. I am a communications professional with a background in strategic communication, administrative operations, and public service. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, along with an associate degree in Political Science with a focus on Paralegal Studies.

My experience is rooted in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, where I’ve developed strong skills in organization, stakeholder communication, and operational support. I take pride in being detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused in every role I step into.

I currently serve as an Administrative Specialist III with the City of West Hollywood, where I support business licensing and permitting operations and serve as a key point of contact for residents. I genuinely enjoy contributing to a team that prioritizes responsive service and community impact.
